Welcome to Midstream College Payment Portal (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website, as well as your purchase of products and services offered through the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Definitions

a) “We,” “us,” or “Midstream College” refers to the operator of the Website.

b) “You” or “user” refers to any person accessing or using the Website.

a) We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.

6. Cancellation Policy

a) You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

b) If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will not be possible, and you will be subject to the Return Policy (Section 8).

7. Returns and Refunds

a) Our return policy allows for returns and refunds under certain conditions.

b) To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product.

c) Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.

8. Refund Policy

8.1.        Refund Policy for products

a) We offer refunds for products that meet the criteria of our return policy.

b) To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

c) The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

d) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8.2         Refund Policy for Events

Registration and Ticket Purchase

a) When you register for or purchase tickets to attend an event organized by Midstream College, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

b) Event registration or ticket purchase does not guarantee a reservation; participation may be subject to further verification or confirmation.

Cancellation by the Attendee

a) If you wish to cancel your attendance at the event, you must notify us in writing.

b) The refund amount and the cutoff time for cancellations will depend on the specific event and will be communicated during the registration or ticket purchase process.

c) If you cancel your attendance before the specified cutoff time, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund as determined by the event organizers.

d) Cancellation requests received after the specified cutoff time may not be eligible for a refund, and you may forfeit the entire registration or ticket fee.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

a) In the rare event of postponement, cancellation, or any significant changes to the event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify all registered attendees.

b) In the case of event cancellation, we will refund the full registration or ticket fee paid by attendees.

c) In the case of event postponement, attendees may have the option to request a refund or use the registration or ticket for the rescheduled event.

Refunds Processing

a) Refunds will typically be processed within 5 business days from the receipt of a valid refund request.

b) The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the registration or ticket purchase.

Event No-Show

a) Failure to attend the event without prior notice or cancellation may result in forfeiture of the entire registration or ticket fee.

Force Majeure

a) Midstream College shall not be held responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or any failure to perform its obligations under this Refund Policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, or any other force majeure event.

Refund Disputes and Claims

a) If you believe that you are entitled to a refund that was not processed or received, please contact our customer support within 5  days of the event date.

b) We will investigate refund disputes and claims in a timely manner and make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

Modifications to the Refund Policy

a) We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy for events at any time without prior notice.

b) Changes to the Refund Policy will be effective from the date of posting on our website.

9. Intellectual Property
